Callview Gateway

The Callview Gateway is the heart of the Callview system. This is required regardless of which other Callview modules you purchase.

The Callview Gateway connects to your telephone system, and then monitors all calls and agents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. It is this constant monitoring that enables the remaining Callview modules to report on call information, display real time statistics, and screen pop details of incomming callers.

Live & Remote Configuration

 

Users have the ability to perform live maintenance to the Callview Gateway using the ‘Data Manager’ application, without having to take the system offline. This saves the user time and enables service levels to be maintained when the Gateway needs to be reconfigured.

In addition to live maintenance the Callview Gateway also supports remote configuration. Users can configure the Gateway remotely from another computer via the company network or Internet, providing greater flexibility and is ideal for remote administration across multiple locations.

Real-Time Statistics

The Callview Gateway also comes with a 500 User Call Summary licence. This application allows you to view chosen statistical information globally across the telephone system. Colour settings are selectable along with highly configurable visual and audible alarm settings
