Callview Client enables you to answer callers by name, as well as more efficiently handle calls or e-mails by having the customer's details in front of you before the call is even answered Callview toolbar | Screen Poping

When a call comes in, an information bar will "pop" from the side of your screen, this will display information, from your databases, such as name, telephone number, location etc.

 

Call Control

Callview Client also provides the "Go Spot", enabling you to highlight a number within an application and then dial it with the click of a button.

The "Go Spot" can be used to quickly send an e-mails. Just highlight your chosen e-mail address, click the Go Spot, and an e-mail will be opened for you in your default e-mail application. This can cut down on the time it would usualy take to open your editor and manual input the contact e-mail.

The client allows you to control many aspects of your telephone from your desktop, most from the click of one button.
