Which Call Recorder for 2014?
It largely depends whether you are buying on price or solution. Some businesses will need simplicity (basic features) and therefore price plays a large part because all call recorders offer basic features.
If you want reliability, then all three of our brands are very reliable. Oak RecordX is a good all round choice.
For more integrated environments, for example where your CRM or customer database software integrates with the database of the call recorder, then we would recommend Xarios because it has a very good developers toolkit and uses Microsoft SQL. However all our products offer this facility.
If you have IP phones and only wish to record a team of people in the business then Oaisys is a good choice. They have a software only solution that can be installed on a server or PC and record the VoIP traffic on your network. It's priced very competitively and is very reliable we find.
