What is CTI? 

Computer Telephony intergration, where calls made are integrated with the computer system. When a client calls, you can see straightaway who is calling and have their database record up on the screen, this is known as screen popping.

Click 2 dial is also another feature of CTI. Click 2 dial can save time in allowing the end user to use one button on his/her PC to dial the current record on the screen. This is mostly favoured in call centres and buisnesses where they are dialing many contacts per day
