Netlink

Callview Netlink brings scheduled reporting and publishing to the Wizard RT and Wizard range of modules. With Netlink you can extend your reporting beyond the desktop, viewing reports and real-time information in a web browser, or on your WAP phone.

Netlink provides many advanced features, including:

• Scheduled Reporting in Callview Wizard, MIS, and ACD.

• Web and WAP Publishing.

• E-mailing Reports.

Netlink can convert your Wizard reports to HTML for viewing in a web browser. You can schedule such updates so that your website is periodically updated with the latest versions of your reports. You don't even need to have a website! You can publish your reports to your local hard disk, or company server, allowing your colleagues to view your reports.

Netlink can also publish your real-time statistics and alarms from Wizard RT, so that no matter where you are, you can keep in touch with how the call centre is performing.

Netlink can also publish reports and statistics for viewing on a WAP enabled device, such as a mobile phone or Personal Digital Assistant. Your reports are always available, even when you're not in front of a computer!
