Desktop Wallboard
Desktop Wallboard brings real-time business performance information to the individual user or team leader's PC screen to provide optimum operational efficiency. With Desktop Wallboard, any number of tiles can be built up to display chosen statistical information throught the business or across groups and individuals
There are over 200 different call centre statistics to choose from, each of which can be changed to your choice. The Desktop Wallboard can also display statistics enabling you to see how much time agents spend processing different calls, when using media blending to route calls and e-mails to available agents.
Wallboard statistics can also set off alarms, causing the tile to flash or play a sound, when a certain event occurs. For example, each agent's Desktop Wallboard could play a "siren" sound if the number of calls waiting exceeded five calls.
With the wallboard taking on the appearance of a toolbar it can be positioned and resized to fit anywhere on your screen, or even use the entire screen if you wish. This enables you to position Desktop Wallboard anywhere on your PC screen so that it does not stop you from using other applications at the same time.
You can choose to have it always on top of your current active window, or keep it hidden behind and you can check it manualy whenever you wish.
