Denwa means 'Telephone' in Japanese, our company name derives from our founder's time working  and living in Tokyo, Japan.

Denwa Communications

Specialises in the installation and maintenance of Business Phone Systems. Our knowledge base includes Voice over IP, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Call Centre technologies including automated outbound dialling and advanced inbound call processing such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automated Attendant.

We install phone systems UK wide, however, the majority of our customers are based in Lancashire (across Burnley, Blackburn and Preston), Greater Manchester, Liverpool and West Yorkshire.

Our Standards

Our expert in-house knowledge allows us to deliver turn-key solutions to our customers. We are a technically driven company, all technical staff have attained Convergence Technology Professional (CTP) accreditation, the highest technical standard governed by the Telecommunication Industry Association. In addition we realise that voice and data technologies are coming closer together so we stipulate that all our engineers maintain current Microsoft certifications such as the Microsoft Certified Professional qualification.
